May through August: education. Estimated payments, quarterly bookkeeping, amended returns, and IRS notice help. This is where you become the preparer people already trust in December.
September through November: positioning. Year-end planning, entity questions, retirement contributions, and small-business deduction reminders. Collect emails and phone numbers with every post.
December: appointments. Move from teaching to booking — publish your open dates, your document checklist and your fee structure clearly.
The reason offices skip this is time, not doubt. Generating a month of ads, images and blog posts in one sitting and letting auto-scheduling publish them is what makes the calendar survive tax season.
